30" Sledge Hickory Replacement Handle

Description

Our striking tool handles are manufactured from genuine American hickory grown in the Tennessee Valley region.
The color of the wood does not affect the strength or quality of the hickory. The U.S Forest Products Lab has found no difference in white or red hickory's strength. Therefore, the best hickory handles may be red, white or a mix.
The American 30" hickory handle fits a 6-16 lbs. sledge head with a standard eye size of approximately 1-1/4 x 1". The hickory handle is a natural shock absorbent, ergonomically comfortable for hands and durable with excellent fiber strength for tool handles.
