Includes: Glass Jar, stainless/silicone rubber strainer, ABS stand (3 parts).
Used about 5 times, in perfect condition. I grew alfalfa seeds/sprouts. Very easy to use. Remove base, and bottom of sprouting glass, put seeds in, turn over, soak, rinse, and then repeat each day. Depending on the seeds used, sprouts occur about 7 days. Stainless steel mesh at bottom drains soaking water from the growing sprouts. This keeps them fresh. (seeds not included)
