Vintage Harmony House by Salem Excellency Plates 23 Karat Gold. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Three nice plates with no chips. A colorful flower pattern combines with other designs to make these plates unique. They still have vivid color in most areas, a few small areas have some fading. Backs show some process marks and the logo. They measure about 6 1/4 inches across. I chose the option dessert plate, but I don’t know for sure what type of plate they are. Buyer pays shipping and any applicable taxes.
